## Who we are

One source for your project materials.

Junji Supply Chain Co. is a Hong Kong company with operations in Guangzhou, China. We source and supply construction materials for medium and large projects across the GCC, with a focus on Saudi Arabia.

We manage the purchasing process, from manufacturer selection and quotations to sample approvals, inspections and orders. Our scope covers furniture, joinery, finishes, architectural products and project-specific building systems.

Before an order is placed, we work through the specifications, quantities, quality requirements and delivery schedule. Supplier reviews consider background, production capacity, samples and inspection requirements. We follow production progress and coordinate export documentation and overseas delivery against the agreed programme.

Our role is to give project teams a clear point of contact across multiple material packages. We keep purchasing decisions, supplier follow-up and delivery arrangements connected so clients can plan with a clearer view of their orders.

## How we select manufacturers

We assess manufacturers against your project’s specifications, quality requirements, production capacity and delivery schedule. We compare pricing alongside manufacturing lead times, sample quality and inspection results to select suppliers that can meet the agreed requirements at a competitive price.

## Your supply agreement

Junji Supply Chain Co. issues quotations, enters into supply contracts and invoices clients directly. The quotation sets out the materials, approvals, price, manufacturing schedule and delivery responsibilities. Saudi import-clearance support is available on request and included in the agreed scope when required. Payment terms, inspection requirements and the handling of any non-conforming materials are agreed in the supply contract.
